At the end of this chapter, you’ll have a proposal in hand for us to tell your story.
Once the contract is signed, we move on to the planning and design stage. From vendor selection to event design, florals, and stationery, every detail is meticulously thought out. Whether you already have ideas from a Pinterest board or need a Storyteller to turn a feeling or vision into a full plan, we're here to ensure your wedding day is everything you've dreamed of and more.
The final chapter of our planning process involves wrapping up loose ends and exceptional execution of your wedding day dreams. We conduct a final rehearsal and finalize timelines, floorplans, and other details to bring your exceptional vision to life. With us by your side, you'll be able to relax and enjoy your celebration fully, knowing everything is under control.

Yes, we'd love to! Through an in-depth discovery process, we'll create a design board, a 3D rendering, and even mock-ups inspired by your ideas and polished to perfection by our Storytellers. The result will be an event tailored to your personality, from your invitation suite to your reception.
We have a curated list of trusted vendors that we've built relationships with over the years. We choose vendors based on their quality of work, reliability, and how well they match your style and vision.
The timeline can vary depending on the complexity of the event and the couple's needs, but typically, we recommend starting the planning process around 12-18 months in advance. We typically book 12 months in advance. If you're eager to get started we can pencil you in before then, and if you have less than 12 months, we can schedule a call to see if our team still has availability.
Your level of involvement is entirely up to you. Some couples prefer to be involved in every detail, while others want to delegate more. During our process, we’ll have 2 to 3 planning meetings to define and clarify exactly what you want for your day.
Your Storyteller, or multiple Storytellers, will be there to oversee setup, coordinate with vendors, manage the timeline, and handle any last-minute issues that may arise. We'll ensure everything runs smoothly so you can fully enjoy your day.
